“Most recent reviews here are about how great the CMA are. They're not the issue here. I come here once a month. If you want to believe the recent reviews that everything is happy land here. Come and see for yourself. While I wait to be seen, the patients who are walking out from seen the doctor are complaining about the the same doctor. Guys I'm not making this up. You can ask the front desk what is the feedback with Kenneth. They will tell you, they get complaints about him. If I'm still here in the next few months (that means my insurance said no lol) I will post if this place still the same or made an improvement. Dont get seen by Dr. Kenneth. He's the type that wont help to ease your pain, cut your dosage and Rx you bs you dont really need. Dr Theresa was a Dr that listens and works with you. Sadly I heard she got transferred to Bakersfield. Avoid LAGS in Hanford, you'll regret if you join here. I wish I can go somewhere else but you know it doesn't work that way. It has to be approved by the insurance. I've asked to be seen by another pain management clinic. In the meantime I'm stuck here.”

“Worst medical professionals ever, if you can even call them professionals. They make you wait over a hour and a half to be seen, every time. They overcharge my insurance and then I have to call my insurance and tell them I did not have those tests done, every single time. They are not even courteous or have any customer service, they are so rude. I am changing my doctor and not coming back. Whatever you do, don't give this medical office your business, they are useless and a disgrace to the medical field.”

“Suddenly shutting down all offices and no one will get me my records. I got an automated call Saying they would provide meds for a month but no way for us to get records. So I don't have meds or my records for a month to get a new doctor. I am currently under PT from lags and they just dropped hundreds of patients.
