“Don't know what the hell is going on with this place but I'm filling a complaint! Been going here for 2 years no problems then all of a sudden they tell me my urine is dirty twice! I've never done any illegal narcotics in my life , so this raised major red flags about suspicious activity going on here. And come to find out they did this to 3 other people , now I have this on my record and I'm in serious pain and get get into any other pain facilities, they screwed me bigtime and they are not going to get away with this I promise! I don't know what reasons they had to play me but I'm going to get to the bottom of it!”

“Went to Dr a year ago. Had referrals from 4 doctors for pain management. Treatment options as in injections were offered and refused due to LISTED ALLERGIES!!!! Plus other health issues being addressed. After ALL medical records with mri results and the reason a neuro surgeon would not operate on my back! He prescribed me hydrocodone with Tylenol which I can not tolerate due to causing vomiting which I was already suffering from!! I tried to take it and of course I vomited! I went to next visit bringing the medication to prove I couldnt/hadn't taken it. Explained to the NP that I was getting referrals to GI doctors. That I could not have hip replacements (both hips) until GI health was completed! Suffered unbelievable pain for the past year that pushed BP so high I had a heart attack! Had to get cardio release to have GI procedure done!! I finally stopped vomiting and started eating. I was down to 113 lbs! Hospitalized and almost die several times this past year. I decided to try the pain pills I was given last year after eating a meal and though caused nausea I did not vomit! So made an appointment with same doctor! Hadjazi. He was very rude. Asking if I had current mri records on my back! Had already given signed forms for records. My back can't be fixed!! Statement on file!! He insisted I take new shots for pain!! I refused again for same reason also on file!! He refused to prescribe medication as he had done before! I've been trying to gain weight to have hip replacement surgery! Surgeon refused to do surgery because of my allergies and the fact that i have a history of waking up durying surgery!!! That isnt fun! I died and was brought back!! Researched new procedures being used for the last year! 3 are in clinical trials used on humans!!!!! Not approved by the FDA! I called the office and requested the name of the new medication he wanted to give me. Put me on hold and then told me i would have to make another appointment and he may give it to me then! 5 1/2 road trip yesterday ending up in bed and still there now! For nothing! Because of refusing a procedure possibly using medication im allergic to or now i think may not even approved by FDA! Research for yourselves the 15 different procedures for diagnosing back pain and side effects of same! You could end up motor paralized to having worse pain!! I dont want to be a gennie pig nor paralized! Do your research yourself prior to agreeing to anything!!”
