“THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST!!! They treat people like dirt!! When they are at their most vulnerable. They treat everybody like addicts. With no concern for how people will manage when they're not able to get their meds or make their appointment. They have no empathy at all!! Everything they do for patients, they act like its a favor. They're very rude over the phone, raising their voices, showing no concern for patients. And the meds they prescribe are hard to get, pharmacies usually have to order them, and they will NOT prescribe them any earlier so as a caretaker, im constantly having to follow up with insurance and the pharmacy, running around town from pharmacy to pharmacy, calling around to see who may have these rare meds in stock. And when patients can't get the meds for any number of reasons, the doctors office has NO information or advice on how the "manage" their pain. This place is cold hearted and Godless...”
