What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I have been going to Dr Kozmary for 20 hrs. He is wonderful doctor. The person doing the scheduling is rude and I believe deliberately schedules you wrong. I missed my appointment because she scheduled me for 3 was instead of the normal 4 weeks. Never said a word, then when I called she scheduled for 4 weeks so a month without any medication. After 20 yrs, I'm changing doctors. Too bad they won't get rid of rude, hateful employees.”

“My mother came in to this facility for a back injection in a wheelchair from a rehabilitation center due to being in the ICU at the hospital. And behind the counter was this lady Sally (I use this word lightly) who barely acknowledged my mother (I was on the phone listening to this exchange) who was trying to ask her about the amount she needed to pay for this injection. There was a discrepancy but Sally basically disregarded my mom's concerns about the payment. Once Sally had me on the phone I informed her yet again about the discrepancy and told her that my mother had saw the person that quoted her in the office. Sally was so busy cutting me off that she missed that information. So I had to repeat myself. I was giving her the C.C info and she seemed not to be to catch on to the numbers so every time I would say a set of #'s should cut me off which only caused her to get it wrong. After a couple of tries she had the nerve to ask me what my problem was. So I proceeded to tell her. Which caused her irritation to which she told me that she was just going to hand me to someone else for payment. And while passing the phone she told the next person that she had had it with me and said some other things I couldn't make out. When you are part of medical staff or working with a medical facility the staff should be professional, show empathy and sympathy. You have no idea what a patient is going through and or their situation. Sally was also unwilling to assist or have some help my mom upstairs via the elevator to the surgical center. I was stuck in traffic. This was very poor treat by Sally. Their souls be better treatment at the reception area.”

“This has been the best pain management center and doctor that I've ever had. When others didn't care or offered other solutions. This doctor understood that everyone had different needs. After being in a wheelchair for years I was able to finally put it behind me due to caring, understanding, and treatment. So for over 15yrs or more this has been the place for me. I recommend to anyone who's in severe or chronic pain.”
