Patient Testimonials

I've been going to Kokomo Lafayette Pain Care for several years. I've been seen by several Doctors and Nurse Practitioners, NP Nathan Wheeler is who I seen on my last visit, Dr. Siddiqui is my primary doctor there whom has been taking very good care of me. NP Oberle Morgan fills in for Dr. Siddiqui and she's very knowledgeable with spine care and is very caring about my pain management program. NP Wheeler is also very knowledgeable about spine care always explains how my treatment is going. All of the Doctors and Nurse Practitioners there are very knowledgeable about my condition and they are willing to help me with any questions I may have. Overall all I can say is that I've been very well taken care of during the years that I have been being treated at Kokomo Lafayette Pain Care. I am very grateful for all of the staff there for their support and help. I've got a few years left before I can retire and I'm confident that Dr. Siddiqui and her staff are going to see me through.

I have had very good experiences here. The staff is caring and thorough. The doctors really listen and plan your care to meet your specific needs.

I recently just switched doctors to get a 2nd opinion on why I'm losing my ability to walk. Dr. Devries and Dr. Nathan found out so quick what was going on and sent me to an Orthopedic surgeon. I finally feel good knowing my issues are fixable with surgery. Dr. Nathan is very nice and takes alot of time getting to know u and ur issues rather than just throwing a bunch of pills at you and sending u out the door. I would recommend this place to anyone dealing with arthritis, and hip and joint issues.

I was a patient of Dr Michael Carl for a couple years. Extremely caring, nice and very helpful. I had decided to give my body a break from pain meds but very scared if the withdrawals, so I went on Suboxone for awhile. After so many months on that, I just couldn't take the pain anymore so decided to come back to Lafayette Pain management. I was told Dr Carl left and would have to see Dr Sadeki. So at my appointment with here, I told her I need to get back on my prescription of pain meds and had told her I need a revision for my shoulder replacement that was done incorrectly. And now my other shoulder is doing the same thing of catching, getting stuck and very painful.Told her my L4 and L5 have slipped out and have arthritis in my back and my entire body. Also Osteoporosis. She then tried to say i was taking Suboxone and pain mens at the same time. I told her no way. If you take both of those at the same time it will put you in withdrawal She shook her head. She was extremely RUDE! Looking down her nose at me.Acting like I'm a drug seeker Didn't even care that I have so many medical issues. And she said she's not giving me pain pills until she talks to my Suboxone Doctor. I had also needed a refill of the nerve pain medication Lyrica which she did not refill. And when I called back later that day about the Lyrica, the girl at the front desk said I terminated myself! I told her I did nosuch thing She said she was asking Dr Sadeki and call me back. Never got a return call. The whole vibe of that office has completely changed from very friendly and caring, to very rude and very judging!!! It's hard enough living with all this pain. And then to be treated like that on top of it! Shame on Dr Sadeki!! You took an oath to be caring a helpful and you are none of those!
