“DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. My experience was awful. Not only did they call thirty minutes before my boyfriend's injection to say he'd pay out of pocket, just wait. We called the insurance company immediately after receiving this from someone of the front desk because it didn't make sense why it was not covered, but the insurance informed us 40 minutes prior to closing the night before they received the request. How could this when obviously our appointment was booked well in advance. Provided the excuse of "a new printer." LOL HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. We are all human, It's the fact that they charged our credit card provided the epidural, with no relief, gave us a fake MRI reference number, and let us walk our merry way out of their office to never talk to us again. At least that's how it is from my side, considering they ghosted us, haven't heard a peep in month+. His insurance is involved at this point because this is a scam, but it's just ridiculous that they work half of the week, and yet nobody can still get back to you answer phones, and fill out paperwork correctly. This is people's lives at stake, I want you to understand that Keonigsburgs. I know, this sounds like it's from a TV show, however, it was all real. The business, if it can be called that, has lost a customer over extremely bad business practice.”
