I have never in my life been so disgusted and so insulted! My daughter was referred to his Office. Both receptionists were beyond rude, condemning and demeaning. And this was my impression from my first phone call to simply make the appointment. Things got worse when we walked thru the door for the first time! His primary goal was to prescribe opioids along with to fill out a obnoxious amount of paperwork mainly referring to insurance payment and how your responsible if insurance doesn't pay. We were under the impression that this doctor would read my daughters MRI and let her know of ways to deal with headaches. We were met with the first witch of a receptionist who told us that my daughter had to give a urine sample??? Both receptionists literally laughed about us talking to each other and to our faces concerning any questions or concern that we asked of them. Then after over an hour in the waiting room, we were told she needed to disrobe for a physical?? I again explained to the receptionist that I was just thoroughly confused because I thought we were just having a consultation. That I was going to go out to call my referring doctor. She told me that if we left that the doctor may choose not to see her again. That was the final straw! I told her I didn't care as maybe I didn't want to see him. Then we left. Please don't waste your time with this lousy office. I seriously can not stress this enough. If I could give zero stars, that would still be too high of a rating.

Be aware they discriminate against you based on your insurance. I called to verify if they took a type of Medicare insurance, and the woman answered the phone with an attitude. She answered begrudgingly that they did take it. I asked what the problem was, and she decided to give her opinion that it wasn't good insurance. I again asked if they took that insurance; she said yes, and for 6 months of records be sent with the referral. When the doctor called with the referral a few hours later, she suddenly told them they aren't taking new patients. I'll be calling her during open enrollment for her opinion and donation towards better coverage.

To Lisa M below who wrote her review 8 months ago - that is certainly an odd request for a consultation appointment for a neck injury, and with the unprofessional and apathetic response that you were uncomfortable with disrobing, this may be worth reporting to the the State Medical Board in PA. There was another review that mentioned the disrobing as well. I was treated at a pain clinic in the state in which I live and never did they tell me to disrobe.
