The staff is nice and helpful and Dr Dwarki and his side kick assistant Mike have great bed side manners and are a joy to talk with. As for pain management, I can honestly say I'm so glad my general surgeon recommended this place. They have done a wonderful job and have really helped me. I had a back ablation done last year and my back has been pain free for over a year now. I also got a cortisone shot in both my thumbs because of arthritis and trigger finger. Haven't had any pain for a while now. But the big thing was when I had emergency surgery, this hack surgeon clipped the nerve at the top of my leg. The pain and trouble walking was constant and very painful. Dr Dwarki gave me a shot and I have been pain free since. And I will say this. I've had another doctor give me shots in the same places and it's lasted about 2 weeks. I believe that Dr. Dwarki knows the exact spot to give these shots because I haven't had to go back since for any of these problems and if I ever have to again, I won't hesitate to go back there.”

“Dr Dwarki has been my God send since January 2024. I came to him with the most excruciating pain in my right hip. While I searched for a surgeon to help me, I was able to get an appointment with Keystone Pain on Bower Hill Road. Dr Dwarki has seen me through a right hip replacement in March of 2024 and a left hip replacement in August 2024. He is now helping me with some arthritis in my back. While I went through all the rehab, Dr Dwarki was able to assist with my pain management. He has been a huge part of me going from a wheelchair to walking around Kennywood.
