“Hurried, left appointment twice for 20 min. causing conversation and exam to be disjointed. I received a notification around 1 AM on the following Saturday night, which was five days later, that my visit note was in my chart. He documented past history incorrectly. Stating "discussed" an issue without giving all the facts. This is misleading to what actually occurred, thus putting my integrity in question and defamation of my character of which is extremely disconcerting to me. I requested corrections of this misleading information documented in visit notes to be made after he reviewed my history in chart with my previous physician at this clinic that I seen for several years, but has sadly retired. 2 months later and I still have not been notified of corrections being done. I am thankful my other PCP and other healthcare providers know me, are aware of my history with the previous pain doctor and take time to fully understand my current multiple circumstances. I requested this appointment to explore options for help due to two new diagnoses causing more pain issues, in addition to previously diagnosed neuromuscular pain I've lived with for years. He did not fully address the 2 new diagnoses I was seeking help for and documented I did not have one of the diagnoses, without ordering any tests, or even looking at my swollen hands or knees causing extreme pain and tightness affecting mobility. Two specialists previously diagnosed me with this issue. I'm having to wear splints on my hands to prevent further contractures. And my phone sends fall risk messages because I have a hard time walking. Again, I'm thankful for other specialists that are helping me. I called about the documentation errors, the first nurse I talked to regarding the incorrect documentation and need for referral recommended in the notes, (this referral was not discussed with me at the appointment) was professional, kind and very helpful. She understood what I was asking for and even went out of her way to explain things to me. When I had to call back to discuss a problem with a referral, a second nurse I talked to was rude front the start, saying, "You didn't leave a reason for your call when you left your message." and treated me as if I was being argumentative when I asked questions. When asked for clarification of documentation being sent to the dr it was incorrect and was not at all what I had stated. I was polite, and told her that was not what my PCP said and repeated what I originally told her. When I had to call again to ask about the referral I left a message asking for the original nurse by name to call me back, (as she was aware of my situation). I was called back by the 2nd nurse and was told the first nurse wasn't available. I asked if I could leave a message for her so she could call me back. I was told againshe was not available. I stated it was not urgent that I would wait for a return call. I was told she "would not be available for a very long time." I then discussed my questions with her. And when I asked for her name she evaded my question by discussing another issue. I know some people are helped by this place. I have lived with moderate to severe pain for 14 years now and I had excellent treatment with my previous doctor who retired. Finding the right fit can be challenging. DO NOT give up looking for help as many do. You DESERVE to be treated for your pain.”

“I am looking for a new pain management doctor as my Dr office is closing. How is he with listening to the patients? I am looking for one that is understanding and doesn't want to cut me off of my perceptions that actually work for me to live and do things day to day with little pain. As my current Dr says if it isn't broken don't try to fix it. Unfortunately he is leaving so I'm searching for a doctor again that isn't pushing me to try new stuff or take me off the stuff that actually works that I've been on for years. Any advice would be appreciated.”

“Dr nemeth helps with back pain but he wasn't available on last appointment which is understandable as he had to be with his wife. But the dr that stepped in to do the procedure didn't do very well as I have a lot of pain in my back already. It's really hard to get another appointment.”
