KENDALL E. HANSEN - Pain Management in Crestview Hills, Kentucky

“Let me start by saying I've had 14 back surgeries and both knee's completely replaced in the last 25yrs. From Mississippi,Arkansas, Missouri ,Indiana to Florida And multiple neurosurgeons , orthopedic surgeons and pain management specialists. I just seen this great doctor 8/20/2025 for the last time Dr. Hansen is a top three doctor I have seen. He takes the time to listen to your chief complaint listen to how your injury started, and listens very closely to specifics of your injury. He then goes on to tell you his story about his injuries in pain and then is upfront with you and at least with me he went on to touch base about his struggles in the past with the drug enforcement agency. This man had an exceptional career and they tried to ruin and take away this man's passion, but they fail failed. Not going into specifics or details, but I would see Dr. Hansen for the rest of my life, but unfortunately, because of the struggles and how the healthcare as a whole has gone to shit, especially the insurance companies. What a wonderful and great doctor comes his staff, Let me say his nurses and receptionist they are hands-down, a very small tight group, but they all have their own qualities and unfortunately All good things come to an end. Retirement is great, but in this case, his retirement isn't great for me. When you walk in, you were greeted very professionally and warm from the front desk receptionist. The main reason for this review is Dr. Hansen himself and miss Brittany. Today was my last visit with this management company, and it saddens me to the point. I cried, leaving the office. I wanna wish Dr. Hanson for a wonderful retirement. Heekin look forward to and I hope and pray as a Catholic Christian that Britney will be blessed with a new and wonderful journey ahead. Britney is the type of nurse that you want to see any and every time you have an appointment with a doctor wherever she goes therefore I would follow her if she decides to stay in the Healthcare specifically pain management or in a primary care physicians office. I pray for the three ladies there in the office that they land another career, whether it be healthcare or municipal government. I wish Dr. Hansen would stay in the medical field because I would follow him whether it be pain management or anesthesia and I would definitely hope wish and pray miss Brittany stays in the healthcare profession either with St.Elizabeth Healthcare, or I'm reaching out to her to stay in contact and maybe something with UC (University of Cincinnati) Works out I know for a fact, they have great benefits. So to the three ladies in the office, I wish them well and pray they find a great journey ahead of them and a wonderful career, Dr. Hansen, I hope he retires and finds happiness without any struggles and enjoys life. I'll be praying for all four of these wonderful people at Hanson pain and wellness!”

“Used to like this practice but now, all of the legal stuff is over, it's a mess. Thought it would be great to come back but...... He is too scared to do his job competently and I feel like money matters more to him than my quality of care. He should just retire. Absolutely no one in the waiting room and I have to wait at least 30 past my appt time to even be called back. Very disrespectful. I will take my business somewhere else.”
