“Normally I have a great visit at kc pain ctr, but today I was 10 min late due to construction I was unaware of and the new rude receptionist told me I'd have to be rescheduled due to being late. (Noone in waiting area, only me) No compassion or interest in why I was late. I'm never late and never miss my appointments, and I usually have to wait 10-15min before even being seen when I'm on time, so I don't know what the issue was this day. So now I'll have to take off work AGAIN in a few days and come back. After being a patient for 20+ years, I expected more compassion.”
