“I had been treated poorly at another orthopedic center, and actually saw this place while driving on the highway. I went to the website and reached what could be done, and every experience has been pleasant. From my first call to set up an apt to my surgery. My case was a bit difficult, we knew surgery would be the end results. When submitted to insurance I was denied for the surgery, so Whitaker met with me and explained how they would go about submitting an appeal. My case was denied all three times by insurance. I was so worried that they would give up, however his Assistant Missy was in constant contact with me. And they were trying every way to think of getting my surgery approved since you could clearly see on the scans I needed help. We decided to start over my case, since I had been seeing other doctors in the process the first time. We were then able to get my surgery approved, and the team walked with me through all of it. I could hear them discussing ways to try and reduce the pain in the mean time. The way everything was explained and taught to me was amazing, I never once felt inadequate like I had at other offices. He took time to explain what my body was doing so I could understand, and he explained how the surgery would go so I would be at ease the whole time. I would highly recommend and encourage people to come see this practice for any needs necessary.”

“Best practice ever! Staff is caring and made sure they cared not only for my knee, but me. When I went to surgery with PTSD they created that! The OR staff made sure I had the meds and support I needed. They cracked jokes and comforted me when I was being put out. A few weeks post op when I came in for papers and they saw me limping the nurse saw me on the spot, and got the Dr where they did x rays and supported me. Call backs were quick and staff always took time to see how I was doing, and not just for my knee, but now I was doing overall. Would highly recommend. And Dr Bruner has the best surgical skills I've ever seen! Two failed surgeries and with this one im back to normal! And his PA is amazing to! I love everyone here and would go back in a heartbeat and recommend everyone I know. Heck already have as a nurse.”
