What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“DONT waste your time here. You will NEVER get an appt. And if you do manage to get an appt and get your block and need a second one, you wont get it scheduled close enough to the first one to make any difference. I liked Dr. Huq and his PA. He did a Ganglion block in my lower back. While I got slight relief, I was told at the recheck appt that I needed a second block. I was IN THE OFFICE, and still the 'scheduler' wouldnt give me an appt. I had to wait to be called. Its been 2 weeks, no call. So I called only to get disconnected, then they wont answer my call back. I am beyond disappointed and now have to start all over with a new doctor. They should be closed down if they cant take care of the patients they accept. Either hire more people or stop taking patients. You have an obligation to give good care. This doesnt even come close.”

“Florine ARNP is great. Front staff is not. Been waiting on Stephanie to call me back to schedule procedure. Allison staff very rude when I called to speak with Stephanie. I have a lot of pain and would like to be schedule ASAP. But Stephanie doesn't call to follow-up. After my procedure is done I am planning to look for a different doctor due to the staff . Safe yourself the aggravation go someplace else.”

“I was seen by the NP on Thursday 9/26/24 On way out we stopped to see the scheduler but apparently she left for the day! I will wait until tomorrow 10/1 then place a call to a different practice for a epidural! These recent Reviews are NOT GOOD!”
— Robert Richards
“New management is horrible. They don't me I was in breach of my contract when I didn't even ask for a refill. They made an appointment in one month for nothing other than to charge the insurance and I disputed my co-pay. The new PA wasn't even qualified to help me with long acting medication. She was clueless and very unsympathetic. I will not be going back and will dispute anything that they attempt to bill my insurance.”
