“I'm not very happy with this place. Don't get me wrong. They do treat you with the shots that you need and they do help you feel better. But they don't let you know what is going on with you. They just get you in there give you the shot and send you on your way when I first got in there I asked to be seen by Dr. O. I only seen him once and after that I have been seen by The lady doctor and I'm not very happy with her. I've asked to be seen by any other doctor. They don't seem to wanna change me. I went to this place cause I really did like Dr. O he was the one that Helped my dad.”

“My son's godmother had wires inserted into her spine to help control pain. Follow up care was non-existent. Office delayed getting her a return visit resulting in five extra days of pain. No local anesthesia was used during removal, not even a band-aid. Dr. Otchere stated that the bleeding would "stop soon." She had to fish a band-aid out of her own purse to stop the bleeding. Horrible bed-side manner and likely put her at risk of infection!”
