“I did not have a good experience with Dr. Poli at all. I found him to be very arrogant and uncaring. I don't think he even listened to anything I had to say. The visits were rushed and the examinations were cursory. He spent very little time with me. He recommended injections. I had 2 injections, which were unsuccessful. Each time, I had to wait over an hour as he has scheduled so many injections on that day. I felt like I was in a "mill". As I believed I never got satisfactory medical care, I never returned.”
