Came 5min late for appointment and they've cancelled me, not a first time, 0 loyalty. I thought those companies died by 2015, this one is not yet. Just save yourself headache! Doctor is good, no issues! Someone explain the staff the roles and responsibilities, along with the source of income.”

He never gave up and listened to my concerns and symptoms. The office was always quick to respond to any questions. They worked with my schedule to get me in for appointments. I had several injections with Dr. Greenfield and he was very kind and caring and took time to explain procedures. The staff worked to make sure I was comfortable and calm. Amy office Administrator denies services and guarantees that the patients own insurance company will not pay for services when they assured her and myself over the phone they would. Major communication problems between staff they send you back for x-rays, get you in your exam room and gown saying doctor would be right in. Then the office administrator comes in and says they won't be able to see me because of my condition was a result of a car accident, No I believe and I'm sure many others would agree bone spurs don't happen from a car accidents they take many years to develop. 20 minutes after arriving post to my set appointment when upon being denied service, I asked to speak with the doctor, office administrator replies doctor has already left for the day, when five minutes prior he would be right in to see me. Always read reviews, be cautious and remember to this office the almighty dollar "greed" is the most important policy not taking care and helping the patient.”
