I felt like I was being attacked because I didn't have the referral like he wanted. He told my wife and I to find an orthopedic doctor near us. He could not care less about helping us. He only wanted to discuss my knee today, and not the lower back and hip pain I also had. No talk about medications. He finally agreed to a knee injection, but otherwise could not be bothered. The knee injection was an awful experience. There was zero discussion on what to expect. Plus, he has the bedside manner of a grapefruit. In summary, Dr. Jones is not concerned about making patients better. He's more concerned about having everything work the way he wants and not having to do anything.”

“Dwayne jones is a pain management doctor. I had heard negative things from his other one time patients ( because they won't go back to him/ either will we) People go to see him when they have no other alternative for pain. This doctor is rude, short , acts like he hates people and his job and doesn't answer questions. He gave my husband a shot and just walked out and never said a word when he was done. Unbelievable treatment. Just ask all the nurses. They don't like him either. Didn't know if he was coming back, if I was done. Shameful to have any doctor that rude to patients that are paying to see him. DO NOT Recommend. Would give no stars if it was a option”
