“I have been going here for two years now after three ALIF and revision back fusion surgeries for pain relief. While I love Dr. Johnston and Kelse to death their billing office is a disgrace. I have been out of work for 4 months but still pay what I can on my bill just not what they want. She said I owe to much money, I only owe 1,600 not 10,000 lol. I am still having severe pain and my Neurosurgeon sent me back here to have a Epidural Steroid Injection but their billing office canceled my appointment because they wanted more money. This place apparently cares more about money than their patients apparently. I am trying the best I can when I can barley walk and have minimum income coming in at this time, but I still pay!! Oh and not to mention they hound everyone for money at every appointment even if you have made a payment for that month. I hope someone higher up will see this and investigate, because if they keep it up then I will have no choice but to go else where. I can hardly walk and doing the best I can. Where is the empathy for people hurting and barley can take care of themselves?? Where is the compassion to work will people till they can get back on their feet??”
