“This man is an absolute Godsend. Side-stepping his incredible knowledge and talent for just a moment, the first and most important thing that has stuck with me was this - during my first appointment with him, he LISTENED. I was stressed, upset, and in a LOT of pain. He asked questions, and then listened to the answers...completely, while looking at me. Not at a computer, not while typing notes, he gave me his full attention. And then he asked follow up questions to make sure he understood what I meant. For people who have to see doctors like him, we know how rare it is to be HEARD, and this man hears you. He reviewed my records came up with a full treatment plan during that first visit too, explained what every step would be, asked if I had questions, and then made sure to reiterate the plan again before I left to make sure I hadn't thought of any more questions. He has done each surgical step of the plan himself, and it has made such a wonderful difference in my quality of life.
