What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I am writing after significant reflection, not out of anger, but from a place of truth, professionalism, and healing. I will never forget the period in my life when I became bedbound due to severe pain following an injury sustained while working as a nurse at an HCA facility. At that time, Dr. Barsanti was a physician contracted by HCA to treat injured employees--care that was reimbursed through the hospital system and its associated corporate and insurance structures. Throughout my course of treatment, I experienced a pattern in which my pain and functional decline were minimized. Decisions surrounding my care felt driven more by insurance coverage, corporate cost containment, and reimbursement considerations than by a comprehensive clinical evaluation and the ethical responsibility we hold as healthcare professionals to relieve suffering and protect patient dignity. Following treatment, my condition deteriorated to the point that I became wheelchair-bound and ultimately bedbound. I share this perspective not to assign blame, but to highlight the lasting impact that rushed, dismissive, or system-driven care can have on a patient's life--particularly within large corporate healthcare structures. I want you to know that I forgive you. My sincere hope is that my experience encourages reflection and leads to greater compassion, patience, and ethical mindfulness in the care of future patients, especially those whose pain may not be immediately visible or easily measured.”

“I've had 2 C-spine epidural injections with Dr. Barsanti. I put it off for years because I was nervous (I'm an RN and fully aware of possible complications however unlikely). I found him to be very personable, straightforward about the procedure, how likely it was to be effective, and how long it could last, all of those details. The procedure itself went better than I expected and he was clearly very careful and competent. The nursing staff also demonstrated expertise, made me feel comfortable and put me at ease.”

“This by far the worst practice. Take my advise from someone that has back issues. They are unresponsive, rude and unprofessional. Even my primary care physician was surprised on how they treated patients. He immediately agreed and assured it was unexceptionable. He referred me to a more capable and patient friendly firm. I'm not sure what type of scam they are running but they should looked into and put out of business. Stay away -”

“Dr. Doctor Barsanti and Mechole I came to you in 2021 because I was in severe pain and knew something was wrong as I am a registered nurse myself, but you downplayed my pain until I ended up in a wheelchair after your trigger point injection. All you cared about was the insurance claim and coverage. However, after years I have learned on my own to live with the worst pain and thrive. I learned that alternative treatments and compassionate providers are the hope for patients suffering from chronic pain, not your inconsiderate, short, unprofessional assessment. I forgive you but I hope you learn from my story and treat other patients with more compassion and kindness.”
