“Everyone say she cares, but this is not TRUE. She may care about your money, but NOT you. First, she looks at the computer and types most of the visit, NO hand washing ever seen within the practice, your pain is not controlled very well and she documents has good moderate relief-falsifying medical records, no Afterhours phone calls accepted, in an Emergency she will NOT help at all/will Not change treatment(I fell & couldn't leave my house for wks and would not make temporary changes), she NEVER performed a physical exam to assess movement and pain, will NOT perform all pain procedures-no joint injections., reschedules for simple procedures costing patient more money, sent Drug Screening to non par lab and would not change it-this costed me $400. Now I agree to Pain Contracts, but seriously there are reasons for minor issues. In my Cade to Discharged/Fired me for resched appt(which they called missed appt-NOT TRUE).. The reasons I rescheduled was due to illness, a change in a Video visit to a an Office visit - in which THEY forgot to notify me, and due to COVID- SCARY! They Snubbed and Ignored me, and down right made me feels like a Criminal. It's vey upsetting to know that you treat patient in pain (or anyone for that matter) this way. I practiced as an RN for 30 years and would NEVER treat anyone like I was treated. So disappointing.”

“I came with my 71 yr old gramma for a apt with this dr Jessica Valletta and she seen the results and past treatments of her daily life of pain metal rods in her back and leg she has a metal cage as her ribs and Dr Valletta treated her as if she was a drug addict and told her she can take Tylenol for pain I do not like this Dr at all I taken my gram to a new Dr new practice and they could not believe Dr Valletta would not give her anything for pain I can honestly say my gramma is living her life happy and pain free finally I DO NOT REC DR VALLETTA”
