“My grandmother, who is a patient of Dr. Garcia's pain management practice, has been extremely disappointed by the repeated lack of communication and professionalism from his office. She is an elderly woman who suffers from severe pain and requires consistent medical attention. Unfortunately, Dr. Garcia's office has let her down--repeatedly. Yesterday marked the third time she arrived for a scheduled appointment, only to find that Dr. Garcia was not in the office. Despite waiting six months for this appointment, she was never notified of the cancellation. There was no courtesy call, no email, no effort at all to inform her of the change. The staff even claimed she wasn't in their appointment book, which is simply unacceptable--especially for a patient who is also a seasoned medical office manager with over 25 years of experience and who knows how to maintain her schedule properly. This is not the first time this has happened, and it shows a serious lack of organization and respect for patients. Elderly patients, especially those in severe pain, deserve to be treated with dignity and consideration. Dr. Garcia's office has repeatedly failed in this regard. If you're considering this practice for your pain management needs, I would strongly caution you to look elsewhere. Reliable scheduling, communication, and respect for patients should be the baseline, not an afterthought.”

“Was referred to him but never met him. Met only technicians! The Asian male tech who seemed rude to me referred me to next door which is physical therapy. Women that work in the Physical therapy were so friendly and nice but now I have a sore hip also. I was lied to by the female technician at Garcia's office who said they only do pain injections but couple Pharmacists told me Garcia's office has the most prescriptions for different pain medications. Now my PCP has referred me to another pain management office that hopefully has Integrity.. Never meeting the doctor you were refer to this kind of bad but being lied to shows no Integrity in this doctor's office, not recommended! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!”

“My experience with Jennifer, nurse practitioner. Was pleasant and professional, Like always. But I was angry and frustrate. That I was contacted by the office, A half an hour before my appointment. Which they stated that we had to reschedule. At that point, I was already standing right outside the office for my appointment. After receiving four messages, Within a four day period.one of them was At 7 o'clock that morning. Which stated that my appointment, Was scheduled and on time. Such a contradiction. Then they lied to me, Saying that they tried to get a hold of me, but I didn't reply back. Which was totally false. The reason for the rescheduling was because, Of making my appointment the day after my treatment plan expired, Which nobody followed up on. Then I was told they tried to contact my caseworker. But didn't receive any reply back. Well, if she had replied back, nobody answered the phone At Dr Garcia's office, so how would they know? This is not the first time for complications with my appointments. The last one was a day before my procedure, Which I was contacted the day before at 3:30 in the afternoon. So I had no time to fix anything because the Caseworker had already gone home for the day. At another instance, I had showed up for a procedure And no one was there. I mean no one. The doctor had gone on vacation, They had tried to contact me once and Then forgotten about me. Though they didn't even leave a message. Dr Garcia is a excellent physician and it really nice individual. That being said, he has had some staffing problems”
