“I saw Dr. Andrus today for an EMG, the front desk is the only pleasant part of my interaction. If I was going somewhere to have someone shove needles and electrocute me, I'd imagine they would have some kindness and bedside manners, but Dr. Andrus was cold and not personable at all. I go to doctors on the regular and hardly have a bad review for my doctors, and I was really nervous about this appointment as I hate needles. She did everything to make my nerves worse and not to calm them. Highly suggest you find a different office. 3 weeks later update, my doctors office is scrambling to find the report never sent to them by this office.”
