Patient Testimonials

I had gone days without sleeping. My neuropathy was so bad. The neuropathy I have was caused by a traffic accident and crushing injuries . I had to be cut out of the car with the jaws of life, almost every bone I have was crushed and broken . My neuropathy, caused by crushing injuries was so bad my legs were always just burning, it was like I would never live a normal life. I met Jenny Andress and she has been helping me. I don't know if there's a doctor that I have been more thankful for in my life. They are not enough stars in the universe to rate Dr Andrus. She has empathy, she understands, she does nerve conduction testing. She knows what she has to do to help you.

They're like every other doctor or pain Management facility they believe in prescribing antidepressants for pain do you know cymbalta Lyrica amitriptyline gabapentin unit spinal cord stimulation which none of them help with neuropathy or chronic pain. None of these places have real doctors that practice real medicine. Because the objective of a doctor is to improve the quality of care to his patient not cater to a political position or pulling which is what they do here in Virginia no more or less like waiters and waitresses taking your order everything is the same

Dr. Andrus embodies the best qualities of a healthcare provider--thorough, thoughtful, and deeply invested in her patients' well-being. She fosters an environment where concerns are heard and personalized treatment plans are carefully crafted. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been referred to her by Dr. Haynes, another remarkable physician. My sincere gratitude goes to Dr. Andrus and her outstanding staff for their continued support and dedication. Their care and expertise have truly made a difference in my journey toward better health.

I saw Dr. Andrus today for an EMG, the front desk is the only pleasant part of my interaction. If I was going somewhere to have someone shove needles and electrocute me, I'd imagine they would have some kindness and bedside manners, but Dr. Andrus was cold and not personable at all. I go to doctors on the regular and hardly have a bad review for my doctors, and I was really nervous about this appointment as I hate needles. She did everything to make my nerves worse and not to calm them. Highly suggest you find a different office. 3 weeks later update, my doctors office is scrambling to find the report never sent to them by this office.
