What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“The whole office was great from start to finish. The staff so nice and Dr Schneider was phenomenal with his consult and injections. I also saw his attending and she was just as good 10/10 for this place”

“Sir u were the best doctor I found yet. However ur ladies at the front are something else. I spoke to you that I was paying my $800.00 balance and u filled my prescriptions and I scheduled my injection. My injection day approaches I get a call saying I can't come unless I pay all 800 of the past due when I just paid 200.00 a few days prior trying to take care of it as we discussed and I asked to speak to you I ask to let me make a payment plan I promised 200 the injection day which was tomorrow when they called to tell me I can't come until I pay it all. So I was refused my injections. Which I need to maintain my pain. Amy told me she would talk to u instead of u calling me back and she told me u said I had to pay it all. I want to think she lied and u didn't do that to me. But maybe u did. Not a good practice for dealing with patience I was paying it and I was going to pay it now I do t want to pay it or come back on principle at this point. I was in your care and u let me down. I'm sorry I had a balance and that I don't have state or Medicare or whatever. I was doing my best paying and got refused medical care by u and ur staff.”

“I had a procedure with doctor Schneider to have a cyst removed from my face. Prior to the procedure, I went to his office on Falls Rd to have the cyst examined. The staff was very sweet and welcoming, during my initial visit and during my follow up visit. In addition, the staff at the surgery center was amazing also. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend Dr. Schneider to my family and friends.”

“Dr Schneider is probably one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. He is extremely well formed and will do everything that he can to help a patient. He is great with patients with rare conditions and will do due diligence to find the treatment that will best help a patient. In my years as his patient he very seldomly gave me pills for my condition and when he did they were adjacent to other treatments and never narcotics! He's not the type to get you stuck on pills or pain medication. And injections is what pain management does if you don't take pills! Not all patients qualify for procedures such as burning or freezing of the nerves. Other type of palliative treatments are also conducive to the condition and the patients' physical makeup. There's no such thing as a catch all help all in one treatment for pain. People who give great doctors like this bad ratings because they do not understand how pain management works is harmful to everyone!”
