“I appreciate the care of Dr. Baksh. They do have a LOT of patients at his locations (and I mean A LOT), so if you need a lot of time to ask questions, this is not the place for you. But what they do correctly at Premier pain is maintain consistent levels of care at least. Many pain management facilities grow embittered, at least you do not have that here. Efficient and to the point is how I would describe this practice. I hope at some point the owner realizes that a bit more time per patient would allow a better Patient-Physician connection, and would maintain the highest level of care while also not making the employees at the Columbus location in specific, looking so stressed. They all work really hard. I appreciate Dr. B doing all he can, but hope he takes this suggestion to heart (about the sheer VOLUME of patients in a day seen! whew.) This is my sincere and honest opinion. Hope everyone that becomes a client reads this and is prepared ahead of time.”

“I love love love Dr. Baksh and the staff at premier pain solutions. I relocated to nc from Florida. I had been in pain management for 15 years when I moved. To find a doctor who cares and really wanted me to have quality of life is a blessing. He recommended a pain stimulator for me. I was scared but I thank God for the stimulator everyday. The staff is so nice and kind. They really explain things in a way regular people understand. They make sure you are part of the treatment process instead of saying this is what you are going to do. I like that it makes me feel good knowing im part of the process. They make going every month nice. I drive about 45 min just so I can be seen at the Columbus nc office. I love that office.
