“The only reason I'm rating my experience three stars is because of a couple of appointments, the last included, they were super busy. When they are busy, they tend to rush. I was given my sedation meds and wasn't given enough time for it to take effect before being injected, so I flinched. My shoulder is still painful today the day after. Normally, it doesn't hurt the next day. I'm okay with waiting in the lobby a little longer, and I'm sure other patients would also, just so a couple of minutes of extra time can be afforded for each patient. But, the staff is great overall and very professional.”
