There was no compassion or understanding that we had a 4 hour drive one way to get to the appointment. “I know many people have had good experience with Kansas Spine Hospital. We have not! My husband had a procedure, Dr Scott told him to call the next day if he was in pain. My husband called the next morning and had to leave a message, that was a Tuesday. No response. He was still in pain and I left a message on Wednesday again no response. My husband's family doctor called in for something to help with his pain. On Friday, my husband left another message. NO RESPONSE! Four weeks later my husband dropped paperwork at their office and the receptionist told him to call the office manager, Megan, so he called and left a message. AGAIN NO RESPONSE. Almost 2 months later and we have still not received a call back. We received a letter saying they had been trying to call. Not true! His phone number has not changed and he has left his phone number each time he left a message as well. Today we called in response to the letter. You ALWAYS have to leave a message. Am sure we will not hear back. My husband likes Dr Scott but this is unacceptable! We will be finding another place that cares!!!”

“It was my first time being treated by Dr. Jared Scott. However, it was not my first time receiving thoracic epidural treatments. I had received 5 other treatments by another Wichita doctor. I will say that this is the absolute best experience I have had thus far. During my time with Dr. Scott I never needed cold towels to ease my experience or pain. He completely walked me through the process as he was conducting the treatment with constant updates on when it would be completed and I felt little to no pain during the process. The nurse staff he has surrounding him are absolute 5 star athletes in the game of medicine. They knew the process incredibly well and provided Dr. Scott with what was needed before he even had to ask. He is extremely lucky to have that support staff by his side.
