“I have an issue with my back and they said that they would submit things for approval with Blue Cross Blue shield and they have not gotten back to me and it's been 3 weeks. Furthermore they said they called in a prescription for ibuprofen and when I got to the CVS it was never called in. And when you try and call them back you have to go through five different receptionists and no one seems to have any empathy whatsoever. I'm still waiting for my call back and I'll probably get more traction (no pun intended) and be served faster if I just went to another doctor. When I met with him he just talked over me and really didn't listen at all. I wonder if I'm going to trust the care once things are approved.”
