“I have been having ongoing pain and have been doing what I can to manage symptoms for a long time. After another round of PT failed and symptoms started to get worse to the point my sleep and work are being interrupted or difficult to carry out, I scheduled with Dr. Liu. He walked into the room and before saying anything else, he asked if I had been told about fibromyalgia. I explained how that felt dismissive and rude and he said something along the line of well we have to ask these things. This was the first dismissive and rude interaction we had. I ended up having scans show lesions in the area where I was describing my pain. He said the scans don't align with where your pain is and offered an injection or nothing. I scheduled with a new provider and hoping for a better experience with someone who takes me and my pain seriously. I wish I had the experience many of these other reviews are saying. It is a shame because I work for Penn and would never refer anyone to this provider.”

“I can't say enough about this doctor. He was absolutely fantastic! His bedside manner especially is exceptional. Only had my first visit with him but he was really on the ball and is taking, what I believe, the proper steps one at a time, for four test x-rays etc... And then we are going to have a definite plan for pain. He is an extremely patient doctor as well and listened to me babble. 13 years of experience I hope I found a good one! I think I did!”
