Patient Testimonials

Dr. Lee and his staff do not care about their patients. Don't take your loved ones here. They will not receive the care they need. When an elderly woman hobbles into the clinic for her appointment because she was referred there by her PCP to manage the pain she's experiencing after breaking her back whilst struggling with scoliosis, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and Parkinson's, the response CANNOT be to do absolutely nothing and tell her to come back in month to receive a treatment she's already tried that failed in the past. No part of me believes if Dr. Lee's mother came into the clinic with a spine so contorted she could barely eat or breathe because her ribs were pressing against her organs that he'd do nothing and tell her to keep suffering for another month. When I called back begging them to show a little compassion for the patient they just saw and do something to ease her discomfort until the upcoming appointment, their response was, "Take her to the ER." This is the kind of treatment you can expect if you take your loved ones here. The entire staff should be ashamed to call themselves healthcare providers.

Dr Shaffer left me unheard at my last visit. He i believe is one of those physicians that rides your insurance provider. He is sending me for more testi.f that is unnecessary and says there's nothing wrong in my mri when.it clearly shows bulged discs, herniated discs, straightening of the spine, a tumor in my neck and degenerative disc disease.

I liked Dr Lee and his nurse Rebecca, Rebecca gets many more stars than are listed here!! It was just a short first visit, but I'm hoping that he's a very kind and compassionate doctor. Rebecca went above and beyond to make me feel better and she was very sweet and comforting. I'll add more when i spend more time with them. I'm hoping that he's going to be super kind and helpful. I've suffered for a very long time and need doctors that truly care. There just aren't very many doctors that actually care about their patients these days. It makes me very sad. Especially when someone needs real help. Compassion is key. UPDATE!! Two days ago Dr Lee and his kind staff, Sherry and Jessica did Nerve Blockers on both of my knees. They were extremely kind and compassionate and Dr Lee was amazing at his work!! I had several needles inserted in each knee with minimal pain and I'm happy to say I'm already almost totally pain free. After years and years of suffering with knee pain and quarterly cortisone shots, I'm so happy to report that my knees feel better than they have since longer than i can remember!! Thank you Dr Lee and staff and thank you Rebecca! I can't forget to mention sweet Rebecca. A zillion stars!!! UPDATE!! The nerve blocker procedure worked for about a week and a half. I called on Day 7, like they asked me to, to answer a series of questions about my pain before and after the procedure... I left a voicemail and someone did call me, but I had trouble disconnecting from my Bluetooth and told them to hang on. The call got disconnected.. I waited and waited and waited for them to call back, but they didn't. I called back and left a voicemail. No one called. Finally I left a message on my portal and was called early Monday morning but I was unable to answer because I was finishing packing my husband's bags for Simon Cancer Center, he was just getting ready to leave. I am upset that the procedure didn't work. I thought Dr Lee did a great job, but he isn't overly kind at all. I really wish he was more kind. His nurses are very sweet. Which I like very much. I don't know what the next steps will be, if any. At this point, I don't really care anymore. I'm used to being in pain.

I had an appointment there today. I showed up 15 minutes early to ensure time to do paperwork. I walked in the office and stood at the check in for about 5 minutes; the whole time while my knee hurt extremely bad and it felt like someone took a knife and ran it down my leg. Finally I had to sit down. I was the only patient in that clinic for 30 minutes. Finally after that time I left. As I was pulling out of the parking lot an employee there ran out to stop me. At that point I was so frustrated and had prior engagements I had to go. Perhaps if they were more concerned doing there work this would have not happened. They knew I was there I made contact with multiple employees.
