“Where do I start? I received an invitation to Dr. Al-Selhi's Arthritis Seminar in mid- November 2024. I was initially at my whit's end in finding relief for my progressive back pain. I was switching from my cane to my walker on a regular basis. I had attended countless lower back injections that only temporarily subsided my severe spinal pain.
