Patient Testimonials

Alyssa is a great doctor (or whatever title) she listens to my concerns and she is flexible and understanding. She is also supportive of my ideas and preferences of treatments. She is the only person who has finally helped me with my severe chronic low back pain and prescribed medication that is actually making a difference and giving me relief. She is also pleasant and friendly. Absolutely 5 stars

Update: my wife just received a letter (see picture) in the mail saying that she has been "discharged" from iSpine. The only individuals involved in this that were "disruptive or argumentative" were Parmele and Ward. It was obvious we weren't going back to iSpine; this is just a pathetic power move on iSpine's part. Maybe they found out about the reports filed with the state about them or maybe they saw this review. Either way, this letter says more about them than anyone else. Apparently if you go in asking for help and get emotional, you might get banned. And you'll definitely be treated as less than human. They couldn't even be bothered to spell my wife's name correctly on the letter. Unprofessional, neglectful, and downright rude. My wife got recommended here through our Neurologist for an ASAP appointment for her HEDS. Second sentence out of Dr. Parmele's mouth was rulling out opioids (we never mentioned them) because she was "too young" when asked why he got defensive, started suggesting some compound-medication from a pharmacy that's not supported by insurance. When we mentioned we couldn't afford those and that it's Discrimination against her age he got angry and the doctor went to leave the appointment. We had to beg for a second doctor to come in because he thought we were too frustrated. We clearly heard Dr. Parmele talking to someone else about our records in the hallway fully disregarding HIPAA laws. When the second doctor, Dr. Ward, entered, he wasn't much help either. He was repeatedly trying to find a hole in our story and find anything that would invalidate our concerns or conditions. When he realized I was recording the meeting he got annoyed and said it was Illegal to do that and that we had to Inform him that he was being recorded. Dr. Ward was adamant we would "Slander" him with the recording and said "if you're having issues with not 1 but 2 doctors, maybe you should consider it's you guys who are the problem" and repeatedly threatened to leave the appointment, leading my wife to feel forced to beg for anything to help her disabling pain that has led to her being unable to get a full night's sleep for months. He finally agreed to send a prescription for Lyrica to the pharmacy, but had never gotten a pharmacy to send a prescription to, leading us to feel like he was saying anything to get us out of there. Dr Parmele had an issue with our finances and confronting his discriminatory behavior, and Dr. Ward had an Issue with us legally recording him --MN is a one-party concent state. There is nothing against the law recording a doctor appointment and it's recommended for anyone who might have multiple doctor appointments that are difficult to keep track of. My wife also struggles with severe ADHD, leading to difficulty recalling certain aspects of appointments. She has been encouraged by numerous health care professionals to record appointments if it will help her keep things straight. ISpine is a shady business that cares not for your wellbeing, only the amount of money they can squeeze out of you. Would not be surprised if Dr. Parmele has a personal stake in that Compound-medication as that was the only option he provided. I'll end this review with a quote from Dr. Parmele's bio off the ISpine website ""It is my goal to work with my patients and give them the best possible options. Often times, patients would obviously prefer a permanent cure for their problem. While this is not always possible, I do my best to explain what I think is causing their symptoms and the range of options available. I try to treat patients as though they were a family member and give them an honest assessment of my recommendations. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to help patients reduce suffering and live a higher quality of life." -Dr. James B. Parmele"" It's a real shame he, being an owner of ISpine Maple Grove, doesn't practice what he preaches.

Hannah has been a wonderful physical therapist. She is a great listener and has provided me with a personal plan fit for me. She cares about what she does and I believe she truly cares about each and everyone of her clients/patients. Great asset I have gained working with Hannah. Thanks again!

To start off the service was poor in the start. Communication is very poor there. Plus wait time is very very poor. First time there and they were 45 minutes behind schedule. Then the medical team was full of himself. Medical records information about the patient was not given. Most of the staff had a attuned that sucked big time. I would never go back to this place! If I could give zero star I would have
