“Although therapy helped in some areas, I was disappointed in the fact that you did not see the therapist you had made an appointment with. This would change without your knowledge. You would still get texts stating it was the scheduled therapist and you would get texts to rate your therapist, which you did not see as it changed. This did cause some conflicting information to be given from appointment to appointment and I feel it hindered anyone from truly getting an understanding of what was going on with me. The doctor seemed knowledgeable but was rude, demeaning and made me feel unimportant. There was a real lack of communication as a whole. Who to contact if you had questions, how to reach them, how to reach the clinic, or who to contact for other services set up like MRI, injections etc. No one ever gave phone #'s or said, " if you have questions, call this number." "If you need to cancel or change this appointment, call this number."”
