“The procedure staff is great... Dr Torry very Knowledgeable, and Professional. He understands that everyone is different. And pain effects people in different ways !!! But Front desk is Rude and do not care how they treat people... And I don't know who does the prescriptions but was talked to like I was Trash and a waste of time !!!! So I hope she understands, Karma is Real... The Front desk will - Not - answer the phone... Over a one week period. I called the Front desk 12 times and 1 time. A young lady answered and all wanted was to leave a message.... And was so Disrespectful... I'm in Home Health and I would Never talk to my Clients Like that. IF you are that unhappy at your job. Then find a different job. Front Desk - prescription Authorization & need major overhaul or even better to be replaced with some Computint professionals ....”

“They didn't mention I had to be there 30 minutes early. I was in hysterics at the front desk and they just looked at me. They wouldn't accept my license because it was expired. Never had an issue until them. Like it wasn't me. The front desk is rude. All women. All women thinking they are better than the patient. They scheduled me for another appointment but didn't call to confirm it. They said they couldn't take me as a patient for two no shows. Very very rude. Do not go here. Ask for another referral to another practice”

“Wish I could give zero stars! After driving an hour to an appointment I showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment time of 1030. Received an automated text that said "see you at 1030" to be told I was no showed for not showing up 30 minutes prior to my 1030 appointment time. I understand showing up a few minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork but not 30 minutes. Then actually showing up before appointment time to be told I was no showed is infuriating. I won't be returning.”
