“Went to the appointment with my elderly mother and we were told after my daughter dropped us off and went to her appointment that she had to "Check in" with them before she left. They knew she was dropping us off. I had told them this on the phone when i made the appointment but they said this was something new they started, so they would not take us for our appointment. We waited for an hour for my daughter to get back from her Dr's appointment to pick us up. While in the waiting room, the staff vacuumed, talked loudly and laughed. They have always been very unprofessional there but we just put up with it. On our last visit 2 weeks ago the nurse and the receptionist ran to the window to "make sure" our driver was there and we didn't drive ourselves. In the past they had told me they have chased people down in the parking lot because they were driving themselves and did not habe a driver. I just go and get a shot in my butt. I don't need a driver when i get over 75 injections in the veins in my legs in iowa city!!! I guess they think they know more than iowa city!! They have used the word frickin on many occasions. They charge you a sur charge for using a credit card. The only reason I kept going there is because this is where my Dr. Referred me to, but after today I am done!!! Oh, and to top it off, we had to wait outside in the cold the last minutes because they said they were closing. My mom is almost 80 and uses a cane and it was 37 degrees and no seating available outside!! Would DEFINATELY NOT recommend this place!!”

“I went here because I had a lot of extreme pain in my upper back behind my shoulder blade. The doctor there told me that he would give me shots to relieve the pain and after the 2nd one my pain was not relieved. I mentioned it to the nurse and she said she would talk to the doctor and have him see me. I have been there numerous times and had only seen the doctor my 1st initial visit. He always came in after I was asleep and left by time I woke up, I have called many many times and they do not respond to my calls. I feel that the doctor doesn't care enough for his patients to get back with them! There was a massage therapist that I went to inbetween visits and she was absolutely amazing! I received a txt message saying that she had been let go. She was the only one in that office that even cared about patients. I do not reccommend this place what so ever! The only reason I gave 1 star is because they wouldn't let me post otherwise!”
