“I accompanied my uncle to his doctor's appointment due to ongoing concerns about the way he has been treated here for not speaking English. To see the situation firsthand, I pretended that I did not speak English either. Unfortunately, what we experienced confirmed our concerns. An employee named Mary spoke to us in a rude and dismissive tone when informing us that only one person could accompany him. We completely understand and respect that policy; however, the way she communicated it was unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh. What stood out even more was how she spoke to another staff member who does speak Spanish. Her tone and attitude toward both patients and coworkers were disrespectful and unacceptable. It was clear that the issue was not language, but attitude and lack of cultural sensitivity. This is a medical facility where compassion and professionalism should be standard. Instead, the treatment we witnessed was discouraging and made us feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this behavior, as no patient should feel disrespected while seeking care.”

“I wouldn't bring a dead person here. They are horrible. Unprofessional staff plus downright disrespectful. A person named Mary saw that I gained some weight, she never liked me, she always had a very rude tone on the phone. One of the dates I went back to her room she ran up to me and ran to my belly to congratulate me about my pregnancy. She now claims it never happened. There were multiple people in the room because I was getting procedures and trigger points done. I personally cannot get pregnant. It was a huge slap in the face.”
