“I've been going to Dr. Alshon for several years! His entire staff is friendly, smart + helpful! Dr. Alshon takes his time with each patient, gives them his undivided attention and genuinely cares how you are doing both physically and mentally! He always has a new idea that I might try... Whether it be a new exercise, or some thing, he read on a specific food that might help! I really appreciate that. He takes his time listening to you and not rushing out the door to his next patient! Sure sometimes that means you're stuck waiting for him... And no one likes that! But if you take a second to realize that soon it will be your turn... You'll be the one to get an extra few minutes of the doctors time... You will feel better about the way! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and does their best to get you in and out of their seamlessly!!”

“I had to chase Dr. Al Shawn for three months to get back into an appointment with him as they had two computer systems going and malfunctioning at the same time. They then said he no longer worked at the practice. Three days later I call to schedule with new Doctor, and they said it was a mistake and Dr. Alshon WAS still with them and it was a Misunderstanding!!!!! I then set new appointment. They canceled my appointments on multiple occasions which because it's a specialty doctor, I'd have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get a new appointment. Tried to give me medication's that my doctor said absolutely no to as my history was very evident that I could not take Suboxone and gabapentin for my pain. I got an appointment in Tamarac for Monday 1/30/24, they moved me to Boca Tues. Then I finally get an appointment, drive down to said appointment. I get there yesterday they said I didn't have appointment in system. The receptionists were aweful, unprofessional, uneducated, and rude! No accountability by anyone it in this practice!!! He pulled me in the office and said he was not going to do anything for me as he is done with the practice as of today. 1/31/24!!!!!! Now have to wait until Feb 20th to be seen!!!! In addition to all of this, and refusing to continue my care plan, due to the fact that he was leaving the practice, and could care less about my future care plan!!!!! Absolutely Disgraceful”

“not a fan ! Seems Nurse/ pa talks give More info than the NP..(aka Doctor Understudy) ALONG WITH, totally changed from Dr Alshon! Whom took home examine discuss ANSWER ANY QUESTION) not that I disagree with being away from pain medications I'M willing try NP methods. Yet, I am not going see A PHYSICAN ASSISTANT/AKA NURSE. I'M THERE SEE, (THOUGHT A PHD. BUT NURSE PRACTITIONER supposed be more educated and right under PHD..? DISAPPOINTED”
