Patient Testimonials

Doctor Nelson immediately accused me of Narc shopping. Told me I need to workout. And said "if you look hard enough you can find someone to dope you up". I don't want narcs. I want to get better. I had two spine surgeries last year, one of which failed. Shame on this doctor. I waited two months to get into this place. My doctor said they could help me get better. I'm out of options now to manage my pain. I cannot express how uncomfortable the doctor made me feel and how absolutely devastated and depressed I am now. I don't know how much longer I can handle this pain in my spine.

Reading other people's one star reviews I understand that I am not alone. Trying to contact Interventional Spine and Pain Management is a joke. They never answer my calls, and don't get back to my messages I leave on their voice machine. I was referred to this office and went to my appointment weeks ago. The front desk lady was rushing me even though there was no one else in the waiting room. The doctor that helped me didn't want to spend the time to get to know what I needed. The doctor was supposed to send the prescription I need to my pharmacy. It was never sent and I've been trying to contact this office for awhile because I do not live close by and don't have the time to drive out of my way to ask them to send my prescription when it should have been done in the first place and could have been easily solved if they bothered to pick up the phone.

Staff is nice enough. However, I called just after 9AM Monday morning when I was in extreme pain with difficulty walking, didn't get a call back till the next day, and told me to call back . They never answer the calls, always going to voicemail. On my first visit there, I showed up in extreme pain to the point of being barely able to walk and sweating profusely from pain and told to come in the next week. This place has no consideration of someone's discomfort and would not stay open one minute after closing hours to help someone in great pain . Dr. Nelson needs to train his staff for more considerate staff practices. I would avoid this business!

Dr Nelson and his staff are amazing! Very professional and prompt! His front desk was very helpful in getting me scheduled quickly. I've had low back pain for years and Dr Nelson helped come up with a treatment plan that best suited me and best part is it's working great. Highly recommend!
