“Took two weeks after initial contact for someone to contact me. Waited two weeks for an appointment. Appointment was cancelled morning of I do understand the doctor was sick. Waited another two weeks for appointment. Was asked to bring any x-rays. Have one of my neck that is a pain source. Was told wasn't needed we should concentrate on my lower back its better for the insurance company. My lower back has been my major cause of pain but not all of it. Came to you because you are listed as a Pain Clinic on the Aetna website. Was told I needed an MRI and Derry imaging would contact me. And I would be seen in two weeks. That was a week ago I have not heard from anyone either from your office or the MRI center. I have chronic pain and have delayed in contacting a pain clinic for many years. My PCP has been recommending it for years. But thank you for the wonderful experience. And please don't contact me I will look for another doctor. Thank you”
