“Edit; Both Drs have now retired and the drs who have taken over at the Manchester location of ISPC are ghosts, (have never seen them, only the PAs who work under them) though I get billed plenty by them and get treated like I don't deserve help. “The doctor I spoke with seemed very intelligent and helpful. The staff was a different impression all together. From comments on my clothes from front desk employee, to the loud and rude rescheduling employee. This establishment is neither a school nor university, so homework? Any question was answered only with "that's our policy. " Considering I'm disabled and not a child. I find it hard with all the paperwork, I have to fill out. Then to have to question me about particular things that were explained in the questionnaire. All and all the doctor amazing. The staff unfortunately don't understand the types of patients they maybe seeing.”
