Patient Testimonials

Dr. Ali is truly one of a kind. From the very first visit, he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a way that made me feel both informed and at ease. His rare combination of expertise in neurology and pain management gave me confidence that I was in the best hands. What stood out the most was his compassion, he doesn't just treat symptoms, he genuinely cares about improving quality of life. Since starting treatment, I've experienced a remarkable improvement, and I feel hopeful again for the first time in years.

I took my mom to this offer per pcp referral and PA Nicole is amazing in every way. Her charming smile and warm welcome. Her expertise on steps and plans for my Mom treatment is unexpectedly great! We're glad that my mom insurance is not a problem because she has UPMC but if insurance is an issue then really it's not Dr Ali or his staffs fault. No offense to anyone it's just my personal opinion. I have not met Dr. Ali yet but im sure he's a good doctor trying to help if he could otherwise he wouldn't have such an amazing PA Nicole assisting him. The front desk team are also helpful and friendly. We are pleased with this doctor and his entire office staffs. Excellent 5 stars!

Feeling ubelieveably let down and also written off and absolutely not cared about based on the fact without any scans or testing i was asked to do 6 weeks therapy if i wanted an M.R.I, Dr.Ali told me my insurance would not cover the mri's untill i did 6 weeks of physical therapy. Without talking in depth about my history and my genetic disorder and pain and risk, he said thats the deal, So i possibly dangerously did 6 weeks of physical therapy and had flare ups and had much worse pain and rib subluxation. I am an Elhers Danlos patient who has suffered many dislocations throughout my entire body, and still do on a daily basis, I believed and still believe that my Medical History is important, and at my last visit when I walked in to get my m.r.i orders I was told I should have gotten xrays after my last appoitment cause that may be all I need...They did not tell me to get the xrays at the prior appoitment nor did they give me any orders for xrays!
