“This is the second facility that I have received cortisone shots in my hip joints. I am so glad I changed healthcare facilities! The other outfit (completely unrelated to Interventional Pain Specialists...IPS) was unprofessional. So far so good with IPS! They are very thorough. Pre-procedure assessment to ensure everyone knows what, where, & how the shot is happening. Blood pressure checks pre and post procedure along with a pain level check that they assess how your feeling after the procedure. The table they do the procedure on is quite comfortable. While I don't enjoy cortisone shots, Interventional Pain Specialists takes their job seriously. They are gentle and do not rush you anywhere. Their atmosphere is clean, visually aesthetic, as calming as it can possibly be considering they give cortisone shots. They have an elevator to their office which is in the second floor. Restrooms are immediately to the right of their entrance upstairs. Text message notifications for confirming your appointment is nice. The waiting room is not overcrowded with other patients waiting to get a shot. They accept Medicaid. I am very grateful for their care. Thank y'all for being so efficient and kind. You were gentle with me when I cried as I told you I was scared that I may hurt myself again by falling. This business really seems to care about their patients. The office schedulers, the nurses, and the Dr. The Dr has a nice genuine form handshake as well. As far as my cortisone shots .. I know they aren't a cure all. I may need surgery, and it's reassuring to have IPS on my side guiding me through my healing journey.”

He really really listens and he really wants to help all of his patients pain issues! I'm just too disabled.
