“I had a procedure scheduled this morning. I went in fasting for 12 hours and no pain medication for the past five days. Walked in to be told that we have to reschedule. We've been trying to reach you because the doctor is out of the country. I got no phone calls from them Whatsoever. I have gotten texts from them for the past week, reminding me and confirming my appointment for this morning. If they were really trying to reach me, they could've also sent an email or called my emergency contact because this is a procedure. It's not a regular appointment. Their policy is if you are 15 minutes late, you have to pay $100 What about if you mess up what happens. You get a bad review like this. This is a pain management Center, doctors, nurses and staff should have remorse, compassion and respect to all the people that walk through that door regardless.”
