“This is long but a need story to be read. I was referred to this office by my rheumatologist office. It was a horrible visit. I was sent to the bathroom for a urine sample. The bathroom was filthy and smelled. Then I was escorted into the examination room where the "adventure" began. First thing I noticed was a splatter of some sort of liquid running down the wall. During my one hr wait, the area where the staff sits was blasting music. This did not stop even after the Dr walked in. He had to have heard it. He starts typing on his laptop and didn't acknowledge what I was saying as to why I was there. I gave up and just stopped talking. I handed him my MRI results and he barely looked at it. He said he was sending me down the hall for some tests. After the tests, he walks me to the nursing station to schedule two appointments. One for a telephone appointment where he was to call me and the second for an ablation procedure. What's an ablation? Why do you feel this is needed? None of that was shared prior to just wanting me to schedule. I didn't have time to ask because it was a whirlwind of of here, there and out. I thought, ok, maybe the way they work is everything will be explained as well as the results of my tests when he calls. Well, he never called on that scheduled day/time. I called and was told, ok, I checked you in and he will be calling shortly. I called back 20 min before closing time and they had already had their out of office message setup. I left a message that I was still waiting for his call. I called 10 minutes later and asked for a return call. He never called that day and they never returned my call the next day. I gave them until 2 pm to call and then I called them. My mind was made up that I was not going to let this group do any procedures on me. I canceled the procedure appointment and requested the results of my tests to be emailed to me so that I will have them for a future Dr. When I read the results the Dr noted that there was noticeable problems with my nerves and needed to see a neurologist. Wouldn't you think he would want me to know this? If you go there, please don't stop there. Get a second opinion before they do anything to you.”

“This office is unprofessional and money hungry. I've only seen Dr. Gunapooti twice in one year. He pawns you off on one of his assistants. He makes you have appointments every single month. One month Telemedicine and the next month in office. Office visits require a drug test that cost $140, and he will not allow you to outsource to a different lab which may be better cost wise. I've been given another patient's urine cup for a urine sample and the office staff didn't care one bit. Imagine them testing your urine under someone else's name or vice versa. Lori the office manager is beyond unprofessional and has a lack of care. She acts so tough in the office while she talks disrespectful to patients. She's even bursted into my exam room asking the doctor's assistant what was taking so long because she needed to let her staff go home and we were taking too long. The front office staff is also unprofessional. Always on their phones. I've even seen a worker taking her braids out while sitting at her desk. Another staff member was walking around with no shoes on. All they want to do is make money and not care about what is really going on with the patient. They charge an arm and a leg for a 5 minute phone call. They threaten to cancel your appointment if you can't pay what they want, and will charge you a cancellation fee. If you like unprofessional, rude, ghetto and uncaring service then this place fits the criteria perfectly.”
