What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I am a disabled veteran with severe ptsd. reaching out to someone for help with my pain was a big deal for me and I was treated like an addict trying to get a fix. The doctor was unfriendly, scowled at me throughout my appointment and refused to even prescribe a pain patch despite the fact that I had x-rays showing 3rd degree degeneration in my neck. Then, he insisted that an mri was required to properly evaluate. When I showed up for my MRI, I discovered that he had even scheduled the imaging for my lower back, which was not the primary complaint. Weeks were wasted in pain. Terrible experience and shameful treatment.”

“The lumbar procedure itself worked for me, but this office doesn't prioritize patient care. For my second injection, I saw the anesthesiologist behind the desk as I checked in. By the time I was called back for the doctor I was told the anesthesiologist was leaving for the day. I had a lumbar injection with no anesthesia and it was traumatically painful. This treatment takes no more than 10 minutes and the anesthesiologist should have stayed if patient care is a priority. It's been over a year since that injection and I'm due for my next one. Today I called to get scheduled and they don't have any openings for two months. I asked if they can put me on a waitlist if someone cancels but I could tell by the scheduler's response that she won't keep me in mind. She didn't offer to look through the schedule and talk to the doctors to squeeze me in for the five minute consult like other health care providers. I'm going to check with other offices because this place doesn't deserve my money.”

“I was LESS THAN FIVE minutes late. I called before that to tell them I was stuck at the light and they told me not to come in. The provider wouldn't see me and that they had the right to deny service to anyone who's even 1 minute late. They then charged me a self-pay fee because insurance obviously won't pay for a visit that you don't show up to. I haven't seen anything in their policies and procedures that say that this is how they operate. I'm absolutely disgusted. What a horrific way to treat people.”

“I was in an auto accident in February. I have received surgery, physical therapy, you name it. Dr Malinky has been my pain management Dr for several months. Yesterday he performed a cervical steroid injection for me. The results are far more than I hoped for. I still have pain but the nerve pain is much better. The procedure was a breeze. Great staff, outstanding service and technical expertise is obviously outstanding. The injection may not last forever, but I slept last night for the first time in 4 months. So thankful.”
