Patient Testimonials

Dr.Kropp helped our son after a surgery. His staff was efficient and quick to get us in. Dr.Kropp was very personable with our youngest and professional. Acknowledged and walked us through what our son was experiencing. Highly recommend and very appreciative of his care. We value his expertise in this specialty.

Dr. Kropp and his entire office are absolutely top notch--I cannot recommend them enough! I absolutely love the personality of everyone who works there, and Dr. Kropp is so warm and welcoming! Quick backstory, I'm only 35 but was diagnosed in my mid-20s with mild scoliosis and early degenerative disc disease, so ive had quite a few back related issues over the last 10-15 years. I've seen Dr. Kropp three times: the first time, we discovered I had a ruptured disc and he was honest with me, explaining why injection likely wouldn't be useful for me at that point and referred me to my wonderful neurosurgeon; the second time, I needed injections into my neck because I'd been carrying tension for over a year due to overcompensating from my back surgery; and the most recent time, today, was due to a 1.5-year-long muscle knot that was also causing a bulging disc/narrowing nerve canal, so I was injected into both the disc and the muscle knot with the goal of fixing the issue at its source. All three times, Dr. Kropp has given me and my husband very thorough explanations of why he does what he does, what he thinks will work best, yet always ultimately leaves the decision up to me (no surprise, I always take his suggestions because they make complete sense after he explains them). I also really enjoy hearing Dr. Kropp's personal anecdotes with back pain/surgeries; he's very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and knowing that he has personally experienced the pains I'm having makes me feel very heard and understood. The injection process is very thorough, clean, and as comfortable as it can possibly be--getting a needle stuck into your back isn't exactly a "fun" experience in the moment, but the process is so short and Dr. Kropp and his assistant are so kind and encouraging that it's absolutely worth the couple minutes of mild discomfort for the lasting relief it provides. My husband and I always leave the office talking about how wonderful everyone was. Like I told the doctor today, I don't see Dr. Kropp often, but man am I beyond grateful he's here when I do need him! Truly cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Kropp is a UNICORN! Groundbreakingly good at his job AND legitimately filled with compassion for his patients. He has been treating my severe chronic pain successfully for 7 years. Without his help I would not have been able to keep working all these years. He treats me without risking addiction. Without causing lots of damage or scaring. And always without stressing me out. If you want a strong team member in your fight to STAY healthy and functional, you'll never find a better partner than Dr. Kropp. He really gets it!

I had neck surgery in March. C 5/6 fusion. I felt way better after the surgery, but had lingering pain in my neck. Dr. Kropp and his staff made sure that they listened to me and carefully explained the procedure. I walked into a clean and modern office, and was handed a tabled for the initial paperwork. It was super easy to use and took less than five minutes to complete. I was immediately taken back to the prep room and within minutes after that, I was on the procedure table. Dr. Kropp administered the sedation, and I barely felt a thing. They gave me a soda to help wake me up and I was out of the office about fifteen minutes later. Overall, in and out in about a half hour. My discharge instructions with my follow up appointment was already in my email with a quick and easy link to talk to Dr. Kropp again. The procedure was such a success, that we decided to do it on the other side of my neck. It can be a fluke for something to go so right, but the next time I went back, it was just as easy. If you are having pain that Dr. Kropp thinks he can treat, you owe it to yourself to try this.
