“I visited Dr. Brad Wilson for help with chronic back pain of over two years..and underwent facet block injections. Unfortunately, when the injections didn't provide significant relief, he told me there wasn't anything else he could do. I found this response very upsetting, as I felt my concerns weren't fully explored. I would have appreciated if the doctor had asked questions about my symptoms, taken time to consider other possibilities, or even suggested alternative treatment paths like finding a new physical therapist. Instead, I felt dismissed.Its very hurtful. Thankfully, I didn't give up on myself..after seeking care elsewhere, I found a physical therapist whose exercises and techniques have been the most helpful to me, proving that there were additional steps to address my condition. I hope Dr Wilson will consider taking a more thorough and empathetic approach in the future to help patients”

“I have been going to them for years the lady at the front desk was always rude to me because I paid cash 200 to be exact and she would Ridley say each time you still don't have insurance like it was beneath her and when I do get insurance they refuse to help me with the insurance referral process and would not fill my medicine for a week so I could Work the insurance referral myself knowing that I had been on it for years and I would have a seizure with out .... Worst patient care”
