“I had a very bad experience at a previous pain management institute (which I will not name because I have class). Fearing they were all the same, I was very apprehensive and not at all hopeful about the care I would receive at this new facility. I am so glad I got this chance to leave this post. Dr. Tyler Phillips is awesome and the entire staff are all amazing! Dr. Phillips is personable, kind and caring. He always listens to my concerns and addresses them with me and we come up with the solution together. This is invaluable to me as a patient. And he always shakes my hand at the end of the appointment, which makes me feel like I'm important to him and I very much appreciate that. The staff is so friendly they make you feel at ease and right at home the during the entire appointment. I truly appreciate this, as the previous institute felt almost judgemental, quite unfriendly and...sterile? So 5 STARS for Dr. Tyler Phillips and his amazing staff. “In 1997 I had a medtronics device placed on my media nerve in my arm. No one would touch it. I had been to three other doctors. I came to Dr Stevens I told him of my problem. Dr Stevens told me he would take care of everything, find out what needed to be done and we would proceed. He is a great doctor, he is very nice and very easy to talk to. Most of all he listened.I would highly recommend him.. His plan is to remove the old battery, leave the wires in the arm try to attach a new battery we just have to find the right plug to connect the wires. If not he will just place a new device where the old one was. However we are not going to touch the wires that are already in the arm this would cause too many problems to remove. I'm very pleased with Dr Stevens and his staff”

“Incredible and very timely office and Dr. They do what it takes to get you in as quick and on time as any physicians office I've been to-and that's a lot of doctors. Dr Stephen's has been administering injections that worked until he said you need another MRI. We discovered what I expected and am now being referred to a neurosurgeon that I saw over a year ago for neck and low back problems. I know this is now necessary for me to return to an active lifestyle. This office is remarkable.”
