“Sent me a letter stating I owed them money 3 years and 3 months after an accident (not my fault accident) and it didn't even state why. It had been over 3 years so I didn't even remember going to their offices/buildings. I got a poorly typed letter that looked so unauthentic and bland, I thought it was fake and a scam for sure, until I went to the address in the letter. Letter states I owed nearly 950 dollars, but when I went to the office, I was told there is a cash incentive of 400 dollars to pay what I supposedly owed. I contacted my insurance and my insurance gave me a claim number and updated billing address. I again went to the address of the letter and gave them a printed copy of my insurance information and claim number with instructions on how to to bill my insurance with the updated address. Intermountain Pain and Injury never contacted me again and 1 month later I was sent to collections. I'll add a picture of the actual letter-- what a joke.”

“Worst place ever, do not go to them.. went in to have some mri sent out and instead got sent to another place just to be seen by them..Dr's excuse was I was in so much pain he couldn't properly do his exam. If that's the case wouldn't you want to get your clients in quick as possible not bounce them around everywhere? They lied about everything they would do for me basically just looked at me and sent me on my way with the impression I would be in contact with someone to schedule my mri's. They are liars and not looking to help people .”
