“I've been a patient at Integrity Pain Clinic since 2017. I began at the Scottsdale office location and as the practice has grown over the years, I then moved on to receive my care at the Glendale office location. I am writing this review to let others know of the caring, courteous, and qualified team of employees who have provided me with exceptional customer/patient service at the Glendale office location. First, I want to thank Jennifer Sutton, FNP for always taking the time to listen to me. I always feel listened to and I so appreciate her candor when we are discussing treatment/options. Jennifer is so thorough and she always makes me feel valued and respected as a patient. Secondly, I want to thank both Kim and Audrey for their timely responses when providing me solutions whenever I leave voice messages asking for scheduling changes or requesting prior authorization requests or simply needing clarification on an issue. Both Audrey and Kim have directly made things easier for me through effective time management of my monthly appointments, or by offering me a telephone appointment as a solution whenever a last minute conflict arises in my schedule. Thirdly, I want to thank additional members of the staff, Diana, Katera, and Manderz. The interactions I have had with them in either a front or back office capacity or as part of a lab collection interaction have all been provided to me with the utmost professionalism and kindness.
